1. Hakim 4:33 * This song is based on a melody from a pop song that was heard in Cairo.


2. Ifrika 5:58 (recorded at Cafe Driade 8/02) Brad guitar,Guhl percussion, Tom drums, Pat 12-string guitar,Troy bass The construction of this piece includes 2 styles of "West African" ideas. The main part is Gnawa, and the 2nd is Mali.


3. Al Malik Al Maluk (the king of his kingdom) 5:17 based on "The Happy Sheik" by Rabih Abou Khalil* (demo)


4. Ya Habibi (to my love)(demo) 5:07* This was written for my wife Susan Cole.

6. Divine Duality(edit:demo) 3:42* This piece is about the double nature of our existence. As a species, we truly get what we deserve.

8. Reflections In September 2:06 A improvisation recorded outdoors while meditating on the events of Sept. 2001


9. HeroWith A Thousand Faces 5:45 (recorded at The Basement 9/02) featuring Tom on drums, Pat on guitar, troy on Bass, Sandy Blocker and Joe-djembe, Guhl on conga. The title comes from a book written by Joseph Campbell. The idea that all religions, myths, fairytales and stories are all related and are basicly one idea translated with different charcters. In this piece we try to explore this concept throught the voice of percussions.
